Youth in Action! Here we are at a public forum on August 10, interviewing city council candidates from the entire city. Curiously, there were NO INCUMBENTS in attendance. Exactly the point of the V.A.P. Incumbents have the tendency to be lazier and more apathetic than their constituents, which often leaves council seats occupied with barely-warm bodies, sucking up city wages, and doing NOTHING but grandstanding, ignoring their constituents, and acting like sycophants to those whom they think they need.   MAKE THEM EARN YOUR VOTE.
